Anderson on Reg&Kelly

Anderson co-hosts Regis and Kelly on Friday the 4th. Guests are Drew Barrymore and Tori Amos, so perhaps they're having a Children-of-famous-parents gathering. Show is syndicated - check your local listings for channel and time.

Anderson and crew will be reporting from Afghanistan all next week.

The Fifty Million Dollar Man? Consider the source, but Page Six reports that Anderson's latest contract is worth 50 million over the next five years. We link to Eat the Press' report rather than the New York Post because, ew... the Post. We don't want you to get your browser all dirty. (Reminder - New York Post = Rupert Murdoch = Fox News.)

Anderson is going to be emceeing a fundraiser for the Gordon Parks Foundation on June 18th in NYC, according to the Wichita Eagle. $1000 a plate. Nice lunch.
Now, Wichita State University Vice President Ted Ayres has been asked by executors of Parks' estate to help kick off a fundraiser for Parks' foundation....

Ayres was invited to join the June 18 effort by two of the three executors of Parks' estate -- Alain Brouillaud, his grandson, and Katie Strickler, a longtime friend from Wellington...

The New York event Ayres has agreed to help promote will honor HBO's Sheila Nevins, who helped produce the seminal documentary of Parks' life, "Half Past Autumn"; Parks' longtime friend, socialite and artist Gloria Vanderbilt; and Harvard University scholar Henry Louis Gates. CNN's Anderson Cooper, Vanderbilt's son, will emcee.

‘Out’ Ranks the Top 50 Gays; Anderson Is No. 2
Kind of sketch since Anderson won't discuss his orientation, but at least he outranks everyone but David Geffen.
